Over the past 30 years LPG Endermologie proven to be the world leader in the connective tissue treatments and has introduced numerous technological innovations to enhance well-being. To date, over 10 million people have been treated with LPG techniques in over 110 countries.

LPG was founded in the mid-1980s by Louis Paul Guitay in Valence, France. Mr. Guitay invented a method to help rehabilitate damaged muscle tissue and standardize physical therapy by providing precisely calibrated and consistent massage treatments. Over time, patients noticed an interesting side effect: an improvement in the dimpled appearance of the skin.

Endermologie LPG is the world’s first patented technology to assist in the reduction of cellulite and free localized fat that is trapped below the skin.

The Cellu M6 Integra, the device which performs Endermologie, was the first device in the world to be recognized by the FDA (Food & Drug Administration) as a proven solution to cellulite and body contouring. The Cellu M6 Integra has been the subject of many clinical trials with ongoing research and scientific studies continue to reveal outstanding results.

Endermologie

Endermologie is a unique, non-invasive way of shaping your body; reducing the appearance of cellulite and improving overall skin fitness.
In its original form Endermologie® was used to rehabilitate scars, burns and damaged muscular tissue when a surprising side-affect was discovered – the reduction of cellulite and significant inch loss from the body.

How it works?

The Ergodrive is a small hand-held, motorized treatment head with specially designed rollers performs the Endermologie treatment. By gently lifting and rolling the skin the Ergodrive stimulates the venous and lymphatic systems thereby eliminating toxins. Fibroblasts are stimulated to the increase collagen and elastin production generating a healthier rejuvenated skin tone.
Wearing a body stocking, the motorized rollers are gently run over the full length of the body and then concentrated on the problem areas. The controlled suction gently lifts and rolls your skin, to deeply massage the affected areas, increasing the cutaneous blood flow by 400 percent (Laser Doppler measurements) and lymphatic flow by 300 percent (Lymphoscintigraphy measurements). Toxins and abnormal fluid retention build up is expelled as connective fibers are stretched and restored.

Cellulite – What is it and how is it formed?

Cellulite is caused by factors which influence where and how fat is stored, where and how fluid is retained, and the amount and arrangement of collagen and elastin fibers in the connective tissue layers of the skin. Factors influencing cellulite include genetic predisposition, hormones, hydration, diet, exercise, stress, drugs and medications and are discussed overleaf.

When normal fatty tissue is stored, it is held in place by a network of collagen and elastin fibers and is supplied by a network of vascular and lymph vessels. When the system works well, the vascular system takes energy from the fat stores when required, and toxins are flushed away via the lymph. When the waste removal system starts to fail, waste products start building up and the connective tissue becomes saturated with fluid, and is often inflamed and swollen. Growing fat cells (adipocytes) destroy the network of collagen and elastin fibers, which then thicken (fibrosis) around these cells forming hard pockets of fat, encroaching on vascular and lymphatic vessels. The hardened pockets of fat are the cause of the “orange peel” or “cottage cheese” appearance known as cellulite. Cellulite often becomes painful if the pressure within the pockets of fat becomes too high.
Cellulite can be diagnosed and categorized into four stages. The more advanced the condition of cellulite, the greater the effort required to treat it. When treating cellulite, the congested lymph and waste system needs to be cleared, the fibrosis around the hardened pockets of fat needs to be softened or broken down and the weak network of collagen and elastin fibers needs to be strengthened and re-modeled. ENDERMOLOGIE® will treat cellulite at all these levels. The frequency and amount of ENDERMOLOGIE® treatments is relative to a patient’s condition. Noticeable result will be seen after the very first session, after 6 sessions, cellulite dimples look smother, after 12 sessions 70% increase in lipolysis.

3 Important Steps:

01 ANTI-WATER RETENTION ACTIVITY

Remove obstacles (created by cellulite). It grips and lifts the skin, thus stimulating circulation. The action of the rollers and rhythmic movements work to free water and decongest the skin.

02 ANTI-“ORANGE PEEL” SKIN ACTION

Re-stimulate metabolic exchanges (hindered by cellulite)
The walls, deformed by the volume of the fat cells undergo “stretching”
gymnastics through the action of the rollers and are stimulated by the
movements. They become more flexible and no longer hinder circulation.
The skin becomes smoother.

03 LOCALIZED ANTI-FAT ACTION

Improve skin tonicity (dimpled from cellulite) At the same time, fat cells are freed from their asphyxia: the volume of fat cells decreases and the deformed walls regain their original shape.

What is cellulite?

Cellulite is deposits of fat and other material trapped in pockets of connective tissue beneath the skin. It causes progressive dimpling, also called “orange peel” or “cottage cheese” appearance of the skin. About 90 % of women are affected by it, after they reach puberty.

Why are women prone to develop cellulite?

Women’s skin is built differently than men’s to help them to store fat during pregnancy and breast-feeding and also to allow the skin to expand during these times. When estrogen levels fluctuate in the body, the skin will retain fluid, connective tissue in the skin hardens, blood, and lymphatic circulation is decreased, and fat cell storage is favored, causing the development of cellulite.

What is Endermologie

Endermologie is a FDA approved procedure, developed by LPG, using the Cellu M6 Integra machine, to temporarily, yet effectively reduce the appearance of cellulite and circumferential body measurements of treated areas.

How does the machine work?

The Ergodrive is a small hand-held, motorized treatment head with specially designed rollers performs the Endermologie treatment. By gently lifting and rolling the skin the Ergodrive stimulates the venous and lymphatic systems thereby eliminating toxins. Fibroblasts are stimulated to the increase collagen and elastin production generating a healthier rejuvenated skin tone. The treatment also smoothes the surface of the skin by softening the connective tissue, that anchors the skin, causing the dimples of cellulite.

Who is performing the treatment?

All treatments are performed by a qualified Endermologie Therapist. All Endermologie Therapists are trained and certified by LPG Systems.

How long does a session last? Do you just work on my problem areas?

A session lasts for 45 minutes. The main focus of the treatment is directed to the problem areas, but the entire body must be treated in order to stimulate general circulation and elimination of broken up toxic matters.

How many sessions do I need to start seeing results?

Results vary for every person, however an average person starts to notice the changes after about 6-8 sessions. 12 sessions are necessary in order to see the result.

How many treatments should I consider to begin with?

A series of 12 sessions would be a good start to achieve results. The first 8 consecutive treatments are suggested within a 4 week time period, than the rest of the treatments should be received once a week until desired look is achieved. After the desired look is achieved, a once a month maintenance is sufficient for most individuals.
How long should I continue my treatments?

We suggest that you approach cellulite treatment as a lifestyle change. Just as we go to have our hair cut on an ongoing basis, we need our cellulite treated regularly as well. If we don’t address the problem in such manner, cellulite will come back. 12 sessions are necessary in order to see the result.

Does the procedure hurt?

Rest assured that you are in the best possible hands. With your highly trained therapist, and the machine’s capability of changing intensity, you won’t need to be in pain. It is a non-invasive, relaxing treatment that involves no medical procedures or use of any chemical substances, creams or gels.

What do I wear during treatments?

We will provide you with a body stocking ( $40 charge), Endermowear, to wear during all of your sessions. The stocking is worn for modesty and hygiene.

Can everyone receive the treatment?

No. It is not for pregnant women, or people taking blood thinners, people with circulatory or vascular disease, active cancer, and also with infectious progressive diseases, and AIDS. Should you have any other concerns, we recommend that you consult your physician.
Does the treatment have any side effects?

The only negative side effect possible is minor bruising for individuals with very sensitive skin. However there are numerous positive side effects, such as relieving muscle soreness, fading of stretch marks and scar tissue, feeling rejuvenated, and relaxed.

Is it a weight loss program?

No, in order to lose weight you need to get on an exercise and diet program. However you can achieve incredible results by combining this treatment with weight loss programs. As a result of the treatment, you’ll notice your clothes fitting better, and also you’ll lose some inches in circumferential body measurements.

Do I need to do anything to get good results?

Yes. Drink sufficient amount of water. You will receive information during your free initial consultation on the amount of water your body needs.

Does this treatment work on men also?

Definitely. Even though men are not prone to develop cellulite, they might have loose skin, or some fat trapped under the skin, that can be improved by the treatments. Clinical experience has shown excellent results for
problem areas such as “love handles” and loose pectoral tissue. It is an excellent skin toner; therefore it is the best choice to treat the skin after weight loss that resulted in loose skin.

What is the difference between ENDERMOLOGIE® and Liposuction?

ENDERMOLOGIE® treatments are non-invasive and improve the health of connective tissue. Liposuction is an invasive surgical procedure aimed at removing deep fat tissue from an area. Doctors often recommend ENDERMOLOGIE® treatments in conjunction with liposuction to minimize the trauma cause by the scaring and inflammation of the procedure and to improve the health of the tissue.
If the factors causing the initial condition are not changed, the tissue will return to the state it was in before ENDERMOLOGIE®. Regular exercise, a balanced diet and 1-2 ENDERMOLOGIE® maintenance treatments per month are recommended to help keep the results achieved.
Is ENDERMOLOGIE® new?

ENDERMOLOGIE® has been a specific procedure for the treatment of cellulite and body contouring since 1986. Over 200,000 treatments are now performed every day in over 110 countries worldwide.
